- 5:30 PM Social Aerobics @ the Assembly Hall ($3.00)
- 5:30 PM Hash House Harriers (See newspaper for rally point)
Tuesday
- 9:15 AM Weights Workout @ Weipa Fitness Centre
- 4:30 PM Bootcamp @ the Cricket Oval near SPQ ($10.00)
- 7:00 PM Weights Workout @ Weipa Fitness Centre
- 7:30 PM Zumba @ the Assembly Hall ($10.00)
Wednesday
- 6:15 AM Weights Workout @ Weipa Fitness Centre
- 9:00 AM Social Aerobics @ the Assembly Hall ($3.00)
- 5:30 PM Social Aerobics @ the Aseembly Hall ($3.00)
Thursday
- 9:15 AM Cardio Blast @ Weipa Fitness Centre

- 4:30 PM Triathlon Training @ Weipa Swimming pool NB: must be a member of the swimming club
Saturday
- 9:30 AM YOGA / Stretch & Strength (Evans Landing)
- 12:15 PM Stretch & Strength @ the GYM
UPDATE: There will be yoga classes for the next couple of weeks… details about the yoga classes and location. Take note that instead of Stretch and Strength it will be Yoga – and the Saturday classes will be at the Evans Landing Recreation Room.
